Big R Bridge Solution Restores Fish Passage

Cedar Creek had an undersized culvert that had been blocking fish for nearly 60 years. Big R Bridge replaced this culvert with a new 65ft-span Big R Modular bridge.

Salmon returned to spawn below the new bridge within 30 days of completion of the project, and have already recolonized the mile of old-growth habitat above the old culvert.
