Vist-A-Wall Systems becomes a Division of Big R Bridge

August 19, 2013

In a strategic move to pool strengths and capitalize on growth opportunities, Vist-A-Wall Systems, a specialist in MSE (Mechanically Stabilized Earth) wall systems, recently became a division of Big R Bridge.

When commenting about the integration of the two AIL Group companies, Big R’s President/CEO, Cameron Klein, said: “Both companies have leadership positions in their respective markets and, by combining the two organizations, we are bringing their unique capabilities together to offer a broader ‘one-stop-shop’ set of solutions to our customers across the United States and internationally.”

Klein added: “This is a natural evolution of both Vist-A-Wall Systems and Big R Bridge and I am excited about the growth prospects for both companies by pooling their strengths and operating as a single team.”

As members of The AIL Group of Companies for many years, both companies provide efficient engineered infrastructure solutions to the transportation, public works, railway, mining, forestry and land development sectors.

Vist-A-Wall Systems (formerly T&B Structural Systems) has been adding value and innovation to America’s most successful infrastructure projects for nearly 20 years. The company has handled thousands of projects to date, and their historically-proven retaining wall systems are continually chosen by top contractors in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico.

Big R Bridge is a world leader in developing innovative, engineered solutions in prefabricated bridges, structural plate and corrugated pipe. Big R has been supplying custom engineered products across America and beyond for more than 40 years. Currently building about 300 bridges per year, Big R has handled more than 10,000 installations to date.
